These Terms of Use establish the conditions for using the Lisbon Seven Wonders application. By accessing our services through the app, the user agrees to comply with these rules.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using Lisbon Seven Wonders, the user confirms that they accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the application.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Content: All routes, historical descriptions, logos, texts, and images within the app are the property of Seven Wonders or licensed partners and are protected by copyright laws.
  • Personal Use: The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the app's content solely for personal, non-commercial tourist guide purposes.

3. Conditions of Use

  • The user agrees not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy the code and the points of interest database of the application.
  • The use of scripts or any form of automation to extract information (scraping) from the app's tourist content is prohibited.
  • Safety and Navigation: The app is an informative tool. The user is solely responsible for their own safety and must respect traffic laws and local signage, regardless of the routes or directions suggested by the App.

4. Accounts and Security

  • When using login systems (such as Google or Apple), the user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and device.
  • Seven Wonders reserves the right to suspend access to the app if any use that compromises the integrity of the service is detected.

5. Availability and Disclaimer

  • We strive to keep the app functional and the data (schedules, prices, and locations) up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or that information provided by third parties is always accurate.
  • Seven Wonders is not responsible for any damage, accident, or unforeseen event resulting from the use of the application while exploring the city of Lisbon.

6. Third-Party Services

  • The application uses mapping and geolocation services (such as Google Maps). The use of these features is subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those entities.

7. Modifications to the Terms

  • Seven Wonders reserves the right to update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect app improvements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
